New Human Centipede 2 Photo

With Tom Six’s sequel The Human Centipede 2: [Full Sequence] opening in limited theatres this October 7th via IFC Films, the guys over at B-D have scored an exclusive photo which features Martin (Laurence R. Harvey) along with the returning Ashlynn Yennie who plays Miss Yennie in the sequel.

Judging by the photo below I can only assume that perhaps, Martin is living out one of his fantasies, but who knows. What do you guys make of it?
