Terminator 5 Will Be R Rated

We are still pretty much in the dark regarding Justin Lin’s Terminator 5. We recently learned that Meagan Ellison of Annapurna Pictures acquired the rights to the film franchise. Then, Justin Lin signed up for two more Fast & Furious films, and that put the film on hold.

But, it seems there may be light at the end of the tunnel after-all. Recently Megan Ellsion replied to a question on Twitter regarding Terminator 5 and whether she could share any information;

“We can’t really tell you guys anything about Terminator BUT it will be an R rated film as God and James Cameron intended.”

While we have nothing on the film, at least, or at least for now, Terminator 5 will be Rated R, but can Lin pull it off? Will Schwarzenegger actually be in the film? I’m hoping for awesome things, but that’s all there is at the moment, hope.
