When the Lights Went Out a Trailer Arrived

It has been ages since we last heard anything from Pat Holden’s upcoming UK poltergeist film When the Lights Went Out. But, for those of us who wait patiently we are surely awarded as the first trailer has made its way online and the guys over at Quiet Earth have scored the exclusive first look. The film is based on the 60′s/70′s Yorkshire poltergeist haunting popularly known as ‘The Black Monk of Pontefract’ (it features heavily in Colin Wilson’s book: ‘Poltergeist!’).”

Synopsis: “The true story of a 70’s working class family and the terrifying poltergeist that turned their lives upside down.”

The film stars Gary Lewis, Kate Ashfield, Martin Compston and Steve Waddington.
