that is a tomboy sporty chick and the movie
starts out as a seemingly reguluar blond girl
        auctully very pretty
but the cheerleaders call her a butch gay lesbien becuase she
a sport star and thier snotty cheerleader and the whole school turns too torment her and when they drop the blood nobody not even the teachers have pitty and so she kills everyone and when she realizes what shes done runs away and than the cheerleaders chase her to her house made of all glass and she cant fully control her powers so her jock boyfreind who does love her runs after her and she sasy no no im a freak and she calms down till cherleaders come and she freaks and the glass house shatters killing all the cheerleaders but the railing falls and stabs her and its to heavy for her boyfreind to move and she makes it stab deeper with her powers and said i dont deserve to live im a monster leaving her distrot boyfreind screaming crying at her side saying carry come back i love you !!! and he beats the chicks that are left sad ending made me sad for her , her mother was religous but not the over bearing mother like hte other films she was very sweet and believed in god but was a reguluar mom and told her duaghter that she loved her and god was always watching and taking care of her but when kids picked on her she never told her mom her mom demanded for carry to tell her but she closed off from her mother and her mother fealt horribel when she dies

I like Chloe Moretz but I can’t picture her playing the quiet and social outcast that Carrie is. Also I don’t think Carrie is all that pretty, or young. Hopefully I will be prove wrong because I do love this movie/book.

Is it a remake of the original film ,a remake of the made for TV film(where they changed the ending and crapped on Kings work) or a retelling of the Stephen King novel?

No. Just no. This girl is too pretty to be Carrie and the original will always be the best. Fuck Hollywood and its inability to think of original scripts. Stop remaking movies!
