Well, folks, another day, another piece of casting new for Robert Rodriguez’s upcoming sequel, Machete Kills. Lets just say that this one is already looking smokin’ hot!
According to Variety, Amber Heard is currently in talks to star in Machete Kills for 20th Century Fox.
If cast, she joins the previously announced cast of Danny Trejo, Jessica Alba, Michelle Rodriguez, Mel Gibson and Demian Bichir.
The film “finds the titular ex-federale (Trejo) recruited by the U.S. government to stop an arms dealer (Gibson) from launching a deadly missile. Heard will play a manipulative assassin code-named Miss San Antonio.”
Production is said to begin this month in Austin, Texas.
