Official Poster & Trailer for The Apparition

Chris Savage 1 Comment Movie Page: The Apparition (2012)

I’m a horror fan, I just love the genre so I will give every single one a shot, from the no-budget all the way up to the blockbuster films. Sadly some films come along that just don’t make the cut, I have a feeling this is one of them.

Its not that it is necessarily bad, it just seems like a mixed bag of horror films in one, from the Paranormal Activity element to a psychological feel and then onto something like Ringu with other bits thrown in. Who knows, maybe it will work, check out the brand new trailer and see what you guys make of it.

The Apparition is written & directed by Todd Lincoln and stars Ashley Greene, Sebastian Stan and Tom Felton.

Synopsis: “When frightening events start to occur in their home, young couple Kelly (Ashley Greene) and Ben (Sebastian Stan) discover they are being haunted by a presence that was accidentally conjured during a university parapsychology experiment. The horrifying apparition feeds on their fear and torments them no matter where they try to run. Their last hope is an expert in the supernatural (Tom Felton), but even with his help they may already be too late to save themselves from this terrifying force…”

Look for The Apparition in theatres this August 24th.

I like the concept start of the film it will show that you only see ghosts if you believe in them so they decide to push the boundaries and in the end it courses chaos to the world.

it also has a bit of nightmare on elm street in there, due to the dreaming
