I, Frankenstein Gets Pushed Back Seven Months

Chris Savage

Stuart Beattie’s adaption of Kevin Grevioux graphic novel of the same name I, Frankenstein is one adaptation that I am chomping at the bit to get a look at. Sadly it appears as if we will have to wait a little bit longer.

The film was initially scheduled for this February 22, 2013, but sadly the film has been pushed back to a September 13, 2013 date.

While that means an extra seven months to wait, I’d rather wait for an awesome film that has took the time instead of a rushed one. So guys, you’d better change those calenders.

The film stars Aaron Eckhart, Bill Nighy, Jai Courtney and Yvonne Strahovski.

Synopsis: “Frankenstein’s creature finds himself caught in an all-out, centuries old war between two immortal clans.”

Frankenstein with a gun and a really cool jacket that flows in the wind as he walks?… are they serious? Some of these graphic novels take themselves much too serious. And enough with the “graphic novel” bullshit…. it’s a god damned comic book. I’ll betcha my last dollar that the guy who wrote this has NEVER read Mary Shelly’s original book in it’s entirety. *sigh* …… it’s actually Frankenstein’s monster they are talking about, unless of coarse Dr Frankenstein tore himself apart and sewed himself back together again, only after going to Hot Topic and getting a really cool 20th century goth teenagers outfit… just kill me now, please.
