Who’s up for another adaptation? Well, once again the master of the pen, Stephen King is having his work adapted for the big-screen and we have all the early details including the first casting news.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Peter Askin (Trumbo) has been attached to direct Stephen King’s short story A Good Marriage for the screen, which will see King write the screenplay.
Joan Allen (pictured right) has also just recently closed the deal to star in the upcoming film.
A Good Marriage centers on a “woman named Darcy who discovers the sinister and gruesome double life that her husband of 25 years and father of their two children has been living. She must now decide how far she is willing to go to maintain the marriage.”

Can’t wait for this. Loved the story, and with King penning the screenplay, this should be a fun movie.
