Its been a while since we had another stellar Thailand horror flick, as of late all they seem to be churning out is really bad supernatural flicks which tend to rely more on comedy than horror. Today however we have a very interesting flick entitled Countdown, from Nattawut Poonpiriya, and while the trailer starts off a little slow, please stick around as this one soon picks up the pace and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.
There is a synopsis, but unfortunately Google translator kind of sucks, so I left it out, but please head on over to their official website and try and give it a read.

Countdown to what? … jumping through that dopey circle of sparks? I’ll bet my last dollar that it has those annoying comedic overtones like you mentioned. I hate comedic horror… especially asian. It’s like they stopped watching movies right after Jerry Lewis’s Nutty Professor and use his movies as a template for all their gags.
