Wes Craven Unsure About Scream 5

Wes Craven took to Twitter today and wasn’t sure about making a Scream 5. He tweeted “No news on Scream 5 yet. You guys really want another one?” Since this is the internet is hard to tell whether he was being sarcastic or if he really is questioning whether we would like another Scream film.

Before Scream 4 hit theaters there was a lot of talk about a second trilogy. Since then however there hasn’t been much talk. It could be that the reception of the film was not very good. Only time will tell where the Scream franchise will end up. The bottom line really comes down to whether Weinstein wants to make another.
