Its a good list, dont get me wrong, and I agree with all on there, my point (badly made, sorry) was that there are many good Aussie movies which would be enjoyed by international audiences and therefore the list could have been longer. I enjoyed Snowtown, not only for the content but for the fact this mainly happened in the same suburb I lived, just thought no.1 was high. I would love to see part 2.

I am a die-hard horror movie junkie. I've watched so many, that I've recently been on the search for some undiscovered horrors. I absolutely love most of the movies you listed, but unfortunately "Dead Girl" for me was one of the worst movies I have ever seen. None of the characters were very well developed and the concept of this film did not scare me, but in fact it disgusted me. I struggled just to finish the film. There certainly could have been a different approach with the idea of a "dead girl" but the one used in this film was just down right disturbing and made me sick to my stomach at the absolute cruelty of the characters. But, perhaps that was what the movie was intended to do. I prefer to see the good in people, and i pray to god there are not teenagers with twisted minds as the ones in this movie in the real world. Cheers for making this list though, I was quite a fan of "The End of the Line"!

The film style in V.H.S. is that MTV blair witch influenced make you sick of watching the camera bounce around vibe. Wow, thats original. Yes, it worked in Natural born killers, but is just yuck. Yucky yuck film making. I personally hate the style (if you could call it that) Its a ploy to make you feel the film authenticity. But its contrived and really lazy poop. Can't stand it.

There was a lot of positive notes about Hell. I had to struggle through this movie expecting something cool to happen. What a let down. My little sister could have written this script. Just boring as hell and nothing good. This movie is NOT horror. Lame..

cabin in the woods is up on netflix. This is my all time favorite horror movie ever. It encompasses everything awesome about the genre and wraps it up so perfectly. Also tucker and dale vs. evil 2nd favorite.
