Going back a few months now, we announced that Anchor Bay had acquired the U.S. and Canadian rights to Douglas Schulze’s zombie flick Mimesis: Night of the Living Dead, and that was pretty much the last we heard. However, today we have scored the first official red band trailer for the film and you guys can check it out below.
The film stars Sid Haig (Rob Zombie’s The Devil’s Rejects) and Courtney Gains (Children of the Corn).

Look for the film on DVD & Blu-ray this February 12th.
Watched trailer = very low budget but a great idea for a flick – being trapped in Romero’s original NOTLD! Plus we must watch all movies with Sid Haig. This looks like type of low-budget horror that keeps me watching the indies!
Was definitely interested before I knew insane clown posse had anything at all to do with it.
