Zombieland Back to Being a TV Series?

Chris Savage

ZombielandI’m sure you guys remember many years ago when Zombieland was initially intended to be a TV show, but instead it went the film route and well, the rest is history as you very well know. Now sadly we recently received word that a sequel will probably never happen, but never say never.

Now, word has come via i09 and some leaked casting sheets, that Zombieland may return as a TV show as originally planned. However, nothing is concrete at this time and there is no official word. But the site has got a hold of a few leaked casting sheets and we have a brief look below. Please be forewarned for potential spoilers.

The site reports;

“Tallahassee is still kind of a snarky weirdo, but he seems to have a much less spiky relationship with Columbus. He and Columbus have a pretty amusing thing where they riff on the fact that Steven Seagal movies always have three-word titles like “Marked for Justice” or “May Cause Diarrhea.” But Tallahassee also dispenses homespun wisdom about how to feel happy with your life. He also tells a weird story about being in a trailer park with a perpetually nude Matthew McConaughey. He also has a somewhat heartwarming scene where he tells Columbus that he’s been wandering aimlessly for a long time, but maybe he’s been put here for a reason — to help Columbus and the others.”

There is also word of two new characters named Fred and Ainsley, but if you’d like to know more about them and the other characters, make your way over to i09 for the full details.
