It has been a very long time since we last heard anything on Lakeshore’s upcoming horror flick the Vatican Tapes, but it appears as if the film has finally scored a director to bring this one to the screen.
According to Variety, Mark Neveldine (Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance) has been tapped to direct the upcoming feature. This also mark’s the director’s first solo directing gig.
Chris Borrelli wrote the screenplay based on a story by Borrelli and Chris Morgan.
The film follows a series of events that unfold after a tape gets leaked from the Vatican displaying an exorcism that goes wrong.
