First Details for Lee Vervoort’s 80’s Throwback Flick ‘The Truck’

The TruckHe is back guys! Lee Vervoort returns and I for one cannot wait to see what he has for us next. As you all know, he gave us the indie horror flick Gun Town, which has garnered some what of a cult following, especially those of you who use the HM.ca boards.

So, what has Lee Vervoort got for us this go around? Well, how about a little 80’s throwback? Thought that might get your attention, head on down below and check out the first details for The Truck.

The film so far stars Tim Emery as a Sheriff and Andy Grace as his deputy, but with filming set to take place in late March, expect o hear more casting in the weeks to come.

The music score for the film is to be provided by Danny Lee Ramsey of Little Hollywood Studios in Nashville, TN. who also has a role in the feature film. Verwoort is also said to be in negotiations with One Eyed Doll of Austin, TX. for additional music.

Synopsis: “When Roger and Alice take a weekend trip to explore an old campground Roger has inherited, they encounter an old truck that adds miles of terror. Is there anyone behind the wheel, or is it driven by pure evil?”
