New Trailer for Carrie Is Here

It has been quiet recently on the Carrie remake front but today that silence was broken with a full length trailer. In this look they almost tell the entire story in just 2 minutes. Is it worth going to see now? For some people who had never seen the original probably not. Check it out below..

Synopsis: A reimagining of the classic horror tale about Carrie White (Chloƫ Grace Moretz), a shy girl outcast by her peers and sheltered by her deeply religious mother (Julianne Moore), who unleashes telekinetic terror on her small town after being pushed too far at her senior prom.

In all honesty….it doesn’t even look that good…The teaser trailer was better to me for some reason. CGM doesn’t fit Carrie at all.

I agree.. She looks to “pretty” to play Carrie.

Hmmmmmmm….Something’s off with Chloe, she looks like a spoiled rich kid pretending to be sad. Her acting looks all over the place, she is smiling at the flag pole like she’s hot shit, then in the next scene she looks like she had her blackberry taken away!? Is she wearing a wig? Sissy Spacek went into the audition with greasy messed up hair and she purposely didn’t wash her hair for days…..I don’t think Chloe is ugly enough to pull this off, I was told the bumped CARRIE from April to October because of the school shootings, then read it was actually because the first previews didn’t get a good reception……Hmmmmm…..I’m worried the movie may fail (not as bad as the stupid made for Television Carrie but still bad) LOL! I still haven’t given up yet but this trailer doesn’t look very promising…. I don’t know if this is going to work, Julianne Moore does look interesting though!

They won’t be doing the shower scene as Chloe is underage and that was a paramount major part of the story of both the book and the original film. Carrie getting her period was well documentated and this will not work as the scene is entirely different like the bad TV movie remake that Angela bettis starred in.
