Let me just say, Adam Chaplin, is freakin’ balls to the wall splatter, and I absolutely loved it, a fun flick full of copious amounts of gore, carnage and mayhem. If you have be waiting to check this one out, soon you can as Autonomy Pictures is unleashing Adam Chaplin: Violent Avenger onto DVD this June 4th, and we have all the details.

Autonomy Pictures reveals the official release date, box art and special features for the upcoming DVD release of Emanuele De Santi’s Italian gore extravaganza ADAM CHAPLIN: VIOLENT AVENGER. The film will be released through Autonomy Pictures in North America on June 4, 2013, and in France on June 19, 2013.

ADAM CHAPLIN: VIOLENT AVENGER is written and directed by Emanuele De Santi, who also stars in the film as the lead character. The film also features Valeria Sannino, Paolo Luciani, Alessandro Gramanti, and Wilmar Zimosa; it’s produced by Giulio De Santi and his company Necrostorm.

Set in the fictional country of Heaven Valley, Adam is investigating his wife’s suspicious death and discovers the involvement of the local mafia boss, Denny Richards. Unable to trust the police, who are controlled by Denny, a vengeful Adam summons up a demon, who offers him superhuman strength and dark powers. The demon will guide Adam to his wife’s murderer only if he follows all the demon’s wishes. The war has been unleashed against the police, and it will be the bloodiest, goriest battle for anyone who tries to stop ADAM CHAPLIN: VIOLENT AVENGER!
