Brad Anderson’s upcoming thriller “Eliza Graves” has assembled an interesting cast to flesh out it’s Edgar Allen Poe inspired story. To date, the project has attracted the likes of Kate Beckinsale, Jim Sturgess, Ben Kingsley and Michael Caine. Now two more notable actors have joined the cast.
According to Deadline, David Thewlis (“War Horse”) and Brendan Gleeson (“Harry Potter”) have signed up for the film which is a turn of the century thriller about a young doctor who comes to apprentice at a remote mental institution. He meets a beautiful patient, with whom he falls in love under circumstances which may be much more complicated than they seem.
“Eliza Graves” is being written by Joseph Gangemi, whose previous credits include the “Fear Itself” tv series and is directed by Brad Anderson who recently handled “The Call.”
