Christian Serratos Joins The Walking Dead

Following the news of a spin-off series, AMC is still rounding out it’s cast for the fourth season of “The Walking Dead.”  Today they’ve announced that Christian Serratos (Twilight) has joined the series.

According to Deadline, Christian will play “the tough and beautiful Rosita Espinosa, a character introduced in Issue 53 of the comic book. Rosita survived the mysterious undead apocalypse that has taken over the planet.”

An interesting note about the Deadline article is that it says Serratos will have a guest role in the fourth season and then will have the option to become a regular in season five.  Which tells me that she probably won’t die this season.  Probably. So if you’ve got some kind of Walking Dead death pool going on, there’s your protip of the week.

The fourth season of the Walking Dead kicks off on AMC on October 13th.
