Neverending Nightmares Kickstarter and Demo

Jason McDonald

We’ve talked about Neverending Nightmares once before on this site and I thought I’d bring it up again because now they have a Kickstarter page up and running.

Neverending Nightmares is a psychological horror game that deals with the effects of mental illness.  The game is presented in a style reminiscent of artist Edward Gorey and takes a simple, but effective, approach in the way it scares and thrills the player.  I took a look at the demo, which you can view below, and really fell in love with the game and it’s style.

The game has a long way to go to meet it’s Kickstarter goal and not a whole lot of time to do it, so if you’re interested in horror and video games I really encourage you to go check it out.  It shows a lot of promise and the developers seem to be toying with some interesting and unique horror mechanics. You can visit the Kickstarter page right here.

In the meanwhile, here’s our quick playthrough of the demo. Enjoy!
