Ty Simpkins to Star in Jurassic World

We have just scored some extremely brief news for you guys for the upcoming flick Jurassic World, and this one has an Insidious connection.

According to the folks over at Variety, Ty Simpkins (Insidious) has landed one of the lead roles in the upcoming film, Jurassic World. As for any further details, well, this one is still under lock and key, so we have no word as to who Simpkins will be playing.

What we do know is that Colin Trevorrow is directing and Bryce Dallas Howard is still in talks to star in the film.

Universal has set a release date for June 12, 2015.
