New NSFW Clip for the Surreal Shocker ‘Coyote’

Chris Savage 2 Comments Movie Page: Coyote

We have been following Trevor Juenger’s Coyote, for quite a while and even though I knew the film was something different, I think I underestimated just how different it would be. While I haven’t seen the entire film just yet, I have seen a NSFW clip and we have it below for you guys to check out. It’s surreal, slightly disturbing, but yet, I’m utterly intrigued as to just what the heck is going on.

The film stars Bill Oberst, Jr., Victoria Mullen, Bill Finkbiner, and Tasha Zebrowski.

The director Trevor Juenger said the following in a statement;

If this is a horror movie (everyone assures me it is), it’s unlike any horror film I’ve seen. I think we used the horror fundamentals that fit, and then threw away the book. Good, bad, revolting, or brilliant, I can’t quite say. I can say it’s something fresh though. Someone called it David Lynch directs Falling Down. As much as I hate the Lynch comparisons, I thought that was fitting. It’s what I wanted to see. I hope you feel the same.

So, what do you guys make of this one?

        Chris, I will be curious to know what your readers think of the clip. Believe me, that was one of the tamer moments in Coyote. The word “disturbing” gets thrown around a lot, but in this case I can tell you that it was disturbing to shoot, let alone watch. Director Trevor Juenger drove me deep into a world of madness for this film. Appreciate you giving space to a microbudget film that is anything but mainstream.

        gratefully,
        Bill

        Looks like a movie I need to challenge myself to watch, much like Martyrs was a challenge. I too will be interested in seeing what is going on in this movie. Bill Oberst is a good actor that should be a bigger name in Hollywood.
