Telltale’s Walking Dead Season Two Gets New Trailer

Jason McDonald

In anticipation of the second season release of Telltale’s “The Walking Dead”, which is coming “very soon”, the developers have released a new trailer which highlights the first episode of the new season.

Obviously, if you haven’t played the first season of Telltale’s episodic zombie adventure game, this trailer will spoil some of the major plot points for you.  You’ve been warned.

The first episode of the second season is called “All that Remains” and it picks up a few months after the end of the last season. We know from a previous teaser that Omid is still around, but while this new trailer manages to touch some emotional buttons, it still doesn’t giveaway any plot details.  So far all we have is this brief synopsis:

Many months have passed since the events seen in Season One of The Walking Dead, and Clementine is searching for safety. But what can an ordinary child do to stay alive when the living can be just as bad — and sometimes worse — than the dead?

While Telltale hasn’t officially announced a date, the word around the block is that the first episode should be expected some time next week.
