Jason McDonald

I don’t hate you, Reader, but I want you to watch the trailer for “A Haunted House 2”.  I did and I think I’m better for it. You know when you have a near death experience and you come out of it feeling more appreciative of life and everything around you? This trailer will do that for you.  Today the grass will be just a little greener and the birds will sing a sweeter song.

“A Haunted House 2” is the sequel to the surprise hit of 2013.  The film stars Marlon Wayans, Gabriel Iglesias, and Jaime Pressly and is being directed by Mike Tiddes who worked on the previous film.  If you’re curious as to where this film picks up after the events of the previous one, here’s a brief synopsis to fill you in:

Crossing new lines and breaking old barriers, “A Haunted House 2” is the sequel to the hilarious box-office hit starring Marlon Wayans as Malcolm who, after exorcising the demons of his ex, is starting fresh with his new girlfriend and her two children. After moving into their dream home, Malcolm is once again plagued by bizarre paranormal events. With spine-tingling tension and hilarious punch-lines “A Haunted House 2” is inspired by the latest supernatural horror movie franchises and shows that this time… it’s not just the house that’s haunted!

See if you can spot all the horror films being parodied in the trailer below.  “A Haunted House 2” hits theaters on March 28th.

What’s really scary is the thought of sitting through another 90 minutes of garbage.

I didn’t know human beings were capable of liking that first movie. I could not stand the first 10 min. Very funny your post, lol.

The first one looked funny too, and then I watched it. Just as boring as the actual paranormal activity movies with very few laughs. I’ll skip the sequel.
