José Padilha’s remake of RoboCop will be hitting U.S. theatres this February 12th, and with that date looming ever closer we have scored a slew of new photos courtesy of Sky.com. Make your way below and check them out.

Synopsis: In “RoboCop,” the year is 2028 and multinational conglomerate OmniCorp is at the center of robot technology. Their drones are winning American wars around the globe and now they want to bring this technology to the home front. Alex Murphy (Kinnaman) is a loving husband, father and good cop doing his best to stem the tide of crime and corruption in Detroit. After he is critically injured in the line of duty, OmniCorp utilizes their remarkable science of robotics to save Alex’s life. He returns to the streets of his beloved city with amazing new abilities, but with issues a regular man has never had to face before.

The film stars Abbie Cornish, Aimee Garcia, Gary Oldman, Jay Baruchel, Joel Kinnaman, and Samuel L. Jackson.

        Unless he says the classic robocop lines its nothing more than a made for tv movie like so many of todays remakes

        Human hand…really? They left an exposed human hand so he could use his gun? I’m sure there were better ways to go around there stupid explanation. Another dumb remake that will be remade again in a few years.

          Studies show that today’s PG-13 movie, would be rated R back when rating systems arrived.

        I loved the original; but these pics make the remake look really cheesy. It’s a really dated concept
