New Viral Video for Bates Motel

Jason McDonald

A&E’s quasi-prequel to “Psycho” returns on March 3rd with a whole new batch of mysteries and secrets to uncover.  And while we still have two months to wait, A&E is giving us an early taste of things to come with a new viral video that poses the question “What happened to Miss Watson?” Spoilers for “Bates Motel” season one below.

Miss Watson, if you forgot, was Norman Bates’ supportive school teacher who tried to encourage Norman to break free from his mother’s grasp and to be more confident in his abilities.  Unfortunately for Miss Watson, getting close to Norman can be dangerous.  By the end of the season she was murdered, presumably, at the hands of Norman Bates.

And now a new video has surfaced which gives us a more intimate look at Miss Watson and introduces an unseen figure with close connections to her.  Is it possible this shadowy figure actually killed Miss Watson? Or are they a witness to Norman’s crime?  With their penchant for video taping things it’s possible that we’ll see some incriminating evidence pop up this season, one way or another.

In the video you’ll also catch a brief image of actor Michael O’Neill, who will play Miss Watson’s father Nick.  Nick, of course, is coming this season to avenge his daughter’s death by any means necessary. Check out the video down below.

I watch this show religiously and I should say that it’s one of the best shows on TV for a long time. I’m not really that into movies-turned-into-TV-shows but Bates Motel is an exemption for me.
