Official Theatrical Trailer for In Fear

Chris Savage

Hot on the heels of the official U.S. poster, we have now scored the official U.S. theatrical trailer for In Fear, courtesy of Yahoo! Movies. There was some bold statements on the official poster, but will the trailer sway you to believe them?

The film stars Iain De Caestecke, Alice Englert, and Allen Leech.

Synopsis: In Fear is an intense psychological horror about a young couple’s fight to make it through the night. Home invasion but in a car. In real-time. Tom and Lucy are trapped in a maze of country roads with only their vehicle for protection, terrorised by an unseen tormentor hell-bent on exploiting their worst fears – fear of the dark, fear of the unknown, fear of themselves.

Look for the film on VOD, Blu-ray, and DVD this March 7th.

It looks interesting, however having seen strangers, static and other chase and scare movies, I am a bit sceptic that this will be as original and terrifying as it portrays to be. I am a horror fanatic and the last really scary hide-behind-your-chair movie (in my opinion) was The Conjuring. I really hope that this will be a scary thriller, it feels like originality is dying out in the horror world. I long for a movie that will chill me to the bone. Any suggestions?

Thanks for all of the movie updates and sneak previews, you help me to add movies to my horror bucket list. Excellent website!
