Scream Factory Becomes ‘Ravenous’ Over Their Latest Announcement

Ravenous BluraySurprisingly it has been a tad silent on the whole Scream Factory front. In fact, I bet you guys are hungry for more horror from these folks, and well, today they deliver and they deliver well.

As per their official Facebook page;

RAVENOUS – the 1999 cannibal film starring Guy Pearce, David Arquette and directed by Antonia Bird – will be coming to blu-ray for the first time come this June with all-new extras planned!

No other details to report at this time. The original theatrical poster key art will be used as artwork.

IĀ for one absolutely love this one and it was one of those films that took me by surprise. But, what say you, are you stoked for this one? Let us know in the comments below.

        The movies great! The soundtrack however, nearly ruins it.

        I usually try and hold out for the Blu-ray of a DVD I want. So yes, I am stoked for this one!

        All I’m gonna say about this is… if you die first, I am definitely gonna eat you. But if I die first… what are you gonna do?
        Also, the soundtrack of this film is amazing. Can’t wait for this.

        Absolutely fantastic film that unfortunately tanked at the box office. They didn’t seem to know how to market it effectively ala Fight Club. The soundtrack hooked me from the start though and I remember commenting on it in the theater.

        A great film,and soundtrack performed with instruments of the period.Fans are screaming for a sequel.(Fort Spencer:Ravenous Two?)
