Scream Factory unleashes the Blu-ray/DVD Artwork for Sleepaway Camp

Chris Savage

It was announced this past Halloween, that Scream Factory would be working their magic on a Blu-ray/DVD release of Sleepaway Camp, and today we have finally scored the badass artwork for the upcoming release.

Their release of Sleepaway Camp, will feature as a Collector’s Edition on Blu-ray and DVD. And wait for it, the release will be the original uncut version and you just know that Scream Factory will deliver the goods when it comes to special features.

While we wait for all the supplement, we can reveal the artwork, which was created by artist Nathan Thomas Milliner (The Burning, Day of the Dead). The artwork, which you can view below has been officially approved from the Director of the film, Robert Hiltzik. He was also said to be directly involved in the creative process.

This one hits this May 27th.

Man, this movie scared the shit out of me when I was a kid!

I find the cover art…. Odd. Anyone who has seen this movie will notice why. They could have done better with the poster art.

Mr. Moore I think the cover art is perfectly ambiguous. If you did watch the movie you see Angela as the iconic killer she’s become, if you did not watch you see the killer behind her and she as the main character. I loved the cover art.

The cover art looks somewhat like a spoiler. I’ve watched this film several times, so it looks like it to me since I already know what the big reveal is.
