I’ve been anxiously awaiting the arrival of this one for some time and now it looks like I’ll finally be able to pencil it in my calendar. First, I’ll need to buy a calendar.
“Cheap Thrills”, the directorial debut of Evan Katz, will be hitting select theaters and VOD platforms on March 21st. That’s only a month away! But if you can’t wait that long, there’s another alternative. Movies.com revealed that “‘Cheap Thrills’ will be available exclusively on the Movies On Demand platform of Time Warner Cable, Comcast, Cox Communications and Bright House Networks on February 21.” That’s only ten days away. I love this technological age we live in.
“Cheap Thrills” stars Pat Healy and Ethan Embry as a couple of guys down on their luck. When they’re approached by a wealthy eccentric, who is willing to pay them money to do immature things, they jump at the chance to earn a few bucks. However, things take a dark turn when the requests begin to compromise morals and endanger lives.
