Next ‘Resident Evil’ Film Delayed Due to Baby

If you were one of the many eagerly awaiting the next “Resident Evil” film, then I have some bad news.  The film has now been delayed.  For how long, you ask? Give or take nine months.

Star of the film series, Milla Jovovich, took to her Facebook this morning with the initial intent being to announce the start of filming for the next “Resident Evil” film.  However, it would appear that life has gotten in the way and changed those plans:

This was originally going to be a post to tell you how excited I am about flying to Cape Town, South Africa to begin working on Resident Evil: The Final Chapter.

But… My husband Paul and I just discovered that we are expecting another baby!!!

So congratulations to Milla and Paul, we wish them all the best on their quest to usher new life into the world.  If you’re eager to know when filming will start on the next film, Milla indicates that it could be sometime next summer.

Reboot the Series! Stop making these terrible dumb idiotic brainfarts of movies. Give fans of the series something they don’t get an angerstroke over! How about a movie version of Resident Evil 2 or a movie about the Mansion incident.

Just end it here, like the above said. I haven’t watched the last three or four because how dreadful they are. The first two were alright, but then they went the direction of Resident Evil 4 went and derailed the series even more. Go back to Raccoon City, the Arkley Mountains and the Spencer Estate.
