Sink Your Teeth into the First Poster & Trailer for ‘The Slayers’

We’ve just got word of a new horror/comedy vampire flick from John Williams (The Mothertown), which is entitled The Slayers. A film which follows two friends who stumble across a group of vampire slayers, and soon they join them in a quest to rid the town of vampires. The film has been described as a cross between Dumb and Dumber and Fright Night, could it work? Head on down below for the first official trailer and poster artwork.

The film stars Darren McAree, Matthew Sandland, George Newton, Sophie Elsby, and Dan Smith.

Synopsis: The Slayers follows 2 cult members as they break ranks and decide to go on a adventure road trip to make the most of, what they believe to be, the last two weeks on earth. The two hapless men plan a bucket list and head off in an old motorhome to the mountains of scotland to camp, skydive, meet girls and drink. It isn’t long before Nigel and Job start to encounter strange characters who claim to be vampire slayers. Believing it to be a test from god, they follow the slayers in battle with vampires and the boys own stupidity.

It looks like it could be a ton of fun, although there isn’t much shown in the trailer regards to the vampires, so here’s hoping they truly deliver some blood-thirsty vampires in the feature film, as I have really high hopes for this one.
