‘B.R.A.I.N.S.’ Launches Us Back to the Glory Days of the 1950s

Do you guys love B-movies of the 1950s as much as we do? Well, you’re in luck as we have just received word courtesy of our friend Avery, that a new sci-fi throwback flick is on the horizon and it features one hell of a cast, even utilizing footage from some of the greatest cult movies ever. It looks like a ton of fun and its titled B.R.A.I.N.S. Check out the promo trailer and more below and let us know what you make of this one so far?

The film is directed by Jeff Broadstreet and stars John Kassir, Chase Williamson, Trent Haaga and Daniel Roebuck. With Doug Jones as “Eldard Dullard”. Featuring Sarah Lieving, Chris Rubeiz and Sean Whalen. With “Special Guest Stars” from some of the biggest Cult Movies movies of all time including Virginia Leith (THE BRAIN THAT WOULDN’T DIE), Vincent Price (THE LAST MAN ON EARTH), and Criswell (PLAN 9 FROM OUTER SPACE).

Synopsis: It is October 5, 1957 and with the Soviet launch of Sputnik-1, The Space Race has begun. Rogue Air Force General Frank Chapman (Trent Haaga) is determined to establish a military base on the Moon before the Russians. Using Nazi mad science, headed by Dr. Werner Brandt (John Kassir), General Chapman has outfitted a modified German V-2 rocket with a nosecone capsule just large enough for a human head. The cephalic pilot will guide the rocket on a one-way lunar mission — beating the Commies to the Moon!
