Hey the movie The Shaft is pretty good. I have seen it before when it came on Chiller TV. If you come across it, i would check it out to see how you like it.

Here's list of today's horror movies on the Sci-Fi channel in the EST zone:

10:00am to 12:00pm - Trilogy of Terror 2
12:00pm to 2:00pm - Mortuary
2:00pm to 4:00pm - The Shaft
4:00pm to 6:30pm - Ritual
6:30pm to 9:00pm - Saw
9:00pm to 11:00pm - Saw 2
3:00am to 5:00am - Hellraiser 7: Deader

Actually it's not a bad lineup. I have The Shaft on dvd and surprisingly it is a cool flick with Naomi Watts in it. Also Trilogy of Terror 2 is decent esp with the demonic voodoo doll chasing her around again in it.
