Yea you get to play as three characters I believe.. Its definitely more of a action/mystery game.. Kind of like Zodiac.. It's also supposed to be kind of like an interactive movie. At least from everything I have that is the impression that I get..

I would love to play this but until Sony makes a big price cut on the PS3 I won't be getting one anytime soon.

Thanks for posting that Nocturnal. An excellent trailer.

Even though I've not played all of the makers' previous game Fahrenheit (stuck on the asylum level) it has such a good and different atmosphere and an involving story.

Heavy Rain at least has a release date (sort of), compared to Alan Wake. I've only seen a kind-of trailer for the game (via a video games website a year or two ago), which gave an example of what the finished game would look like. There was a female character, but in the new GamesMaster magazine it says there will be more than one lead character in the game.
