Basic premise is Santa Claus torments then kills the new tenants after killing the apartments original tenant. I know, it's not terribly original but the vibe of the film as well as the actions of the protagonists will hopefully create a fresh atmosphere.

My problem here is I want all of you to choose how one of the characters dies. The character of PJ Tetruzzelli is a low-level talent agent with a douche temperment who is afraid of water and explains how he gets clean as, "like at the dry cleaners. no fluid needed".

I appreciate any responses to the poll as well as any feedback, good or bad, regarding the idea.
