Thanks for the suggestion. Pretty sure that's not it, though. The film I'm thinking of was definitely made in the late 90s or later, since it references the internet a lot. Also it uses a pretty hardcore rap song over the end credits.

Hi guys,

I've been searching the web trying to figure out the name of a movie I watched a couple of years ago, but after a couple of hours I can't find anything. I'm hoping someone can help me out. Here's what I remember ... question marks used to indicate fuzzy memory.

Hispanic female protagonist
daughter kidnapped(?) and killed in a snuff film
protagonist goes undercover on internet to determine who killed daughter
protagonist gets involved in "hardcore" forum
protagonist goes to meeting of hardcore group
protagonist shoots overweight white guy (German?) who paid for film
protagonist locked up
meeting organized/filmed by guy who quotes bible a lot
bible guy has homicidal sister
homicidal sister somehow gets loose amongst various sadists
homicidal sister uses blade/hook gloves to kill them
protagonist freed, teams up with black man and white supremacist
white supremacist shoots black guy
white supremacist reveals he made the snuff film
white supremacist kills homicidal sister (?)
protagonist injects self (?) with serum that made homicidal girl homicidal
protagonist kills white supremacist
protagonist killed as cops (?) storm building
movie ends

I know that's not a ton to go on, but hopefully it's specific enough that someone can give me an idea. I'm positive it was an indie or very-low-budget film, and I'm pretty sure it was made in the last ten years. It was available for a time on Netflix's streaming, but if it still is ... I can't find it.

Any help would be much appreciated!
