It's the soundtrack to the 1972 horror Silent Night Bloody Night, dir: Theordore Gershuny.

And if you are a fan of this film, this OST is a must have, with nice little booklet on the Composer, the Score and the Film. Now only if someone would please be kind enough to remaster the negative  of this classic pre-Black Christmas, Halloween, and everything else little horror. Waiting!!!!!
