We are looking for entries in the Horror, Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Mystery, and Thriller genres. The 1st annual event will take place October 26 - 31, 2012, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The event is produced by Indie Film Force, a nonprofit organization that also produces the Charlotte Film Festival.

The Festival accepts entries in the following categories:

    •    Features
    •    Shorts
    •    Student Film
    •    Movie Trailer
    •    Short Screenplay

The competitive event is open to films and videos with production dates after January 2010. Entries must be Charlotte premieres.

Accepted entries are considered for at least one of the following awards:

    •    Best Feature

    •    Best Student Film
    •    Best Short Screenplay
    •    Best Horror Film Trailer
    •    Best Charlotte Feature
