This movie. I don't want to go into a ton of detail about how I feel about this movie as I'll be discussing it with Maven on this weekends podcast, but if you enjoy foreign horror, this Dutch film is awesome. Great FX, tons of gore and an awesome story and visual style.

It's on Netflix Instant and I recommend it.
