Girl from Audition for sure. I haven't even seen that film but that chick freaks me out. Emma Roberts in Scream 4 was pretty evil but definitely not the most evil of all time haha.

I cant remember her name but the little girl vampire in Interview with a vampire. She was pretty damn evil too.
