I absolutely compelled to point out that Martyrs is NOT made in France. Its made in QUEBEC, a french speaking part of Canada. That makes it canadian and I am extremely proud of it.

Britain - Dog Soldiers
Spain - bit obscure this one but I'm gonna go with Cuento de Navidad (The Christmas Tale) from the '6 Films to Keep You Awake' series. If you've not seen it then please do, it's excellent.
France - Haute Tension
Italy - Suspiria
Scandinavia (includes Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark) - Trollhunter
Japan - Soooo many to choose from, I'll say Audition.
South Korea - R-Point. I still haven't seen A Tale of 2 Sisters yet though, (yeah, I know, I suck hehe!)
Australia - Mmm, The Loved Ones or Wolf Creek? Wolf Creek for me.
Canada - Easy decision - Black Christmas (1974)
Mexico - Cronos. Tbh I've only ever seen 2 horror films from Mexico and I'm hardly likely to choose the other one, Night of the Bloody Apes!!!
