So we're all horror movie fans here, we have a certain tolerance to the obscene and the grotesque. But what is it too far for even your good taste?

For me there's not much, I've seen many of the most brutal movies, but the only ones that actually made me uncofortable were I Spit on Your Grave and A Serbian Film. I can watch a rape scene in a movie, but when a movie is 50% rape, and especially the ending in A Serbian Film, I get a little unnerved. While I don't regret watching either movie, nor do I believe they should be censored, they won't be rewatched frequently.
