I'll try and describe the plot:
This sleazy bloke wants to look inside womens changing rooms so some tramp grants him that wish (if you're confused then so was I!), anyway, this tramp makes him a 17 year old girl on the outside but he remains a late 30's perv on the inside. It all goes downhill from there. It's an astonishingly poor taste film that I, for one enjoyed.

I'd give it 7/10

But then again, I have an almighty tolerance and a misplaced adoration for this type of filth.
