Yes...that scene still scares me to this day. The slightest tingle on my neck in a dark place and that image pops up LOL

Yeah, she's really freaky. But the time she freaked me out the most is when she comes out of the photo development liquid in Grudge 3. Creeped me out.

And they seem to do lots of that kinda make up/prosthetics back then.
Like in Horror Hotel the dead woman...

Quite striking for the tech they had then. Oh yeah, viva good old school Horror, absolutely.

When I was a kid my parents went out one evening and I was home alone. I turned on the TV and Hitchcocks Psycho was on. I was about 11 or 12. Not really knowing what it was about I watched it. It really scared the crap out of me! The scene of the rotting corpse of Mother in the rocking chair... yikes! Of course it pretty tame stuff for today, but it still sticks in my pre teen mind!

I came across a gif of a person getting their eyeball sliced.
Not from any horror movie that I know of but it was disturbing.
