Yeah, I agree. He is bad because he's a serial killer, and used his powers for evil, which in this case, turned into a killer doll. But anyway, I've also noticed that in the fourth and fifth, he's not necessarily bad. The fourth and fifth movie are based all around him and his family. Family as in Tiffany, his wife, and in the third movie, his son. So he's kind of a good and bad guy. Mixed reactions.(:

Yes I think Charles is a bad person because he's a serial killer, and he's also not a very good boyfriend seeing as he insults Tiffany and uses her. Also, he doesn't care about what his son Glen wants, insults him for his looks, and is always pressuring him in to being a killer. So yeah, I think he's bad.

I know he is a fictional character but what do you think and can you explain why
