Genre: Horror or possibly mystery with more gore.
Was made mid-2000's approx. It's about a 19ish year old girl who works at a gas station. Some guy is after her and he drives a pickup truck. She goes searching his house. Then ends up running around a cemetery. The ending I believe shows them in her basement and she's screaming while he's cutting off her face. Perhaps the story was being told while she was dead.

I'm really foggy with the details obviously but I can't think of the name of that movie for the life of me. Any suggestions welcome. If any more details are needed just ask. I'll try to recall what I can. Thanks.

(I tried asking on yahoo answers first and got no where)
