HBO is better for comedies like:

The Flight of the Concords
Entourage
.....

Dexter season 2 started last night but I missed it cause I was watching this WW2 documentry by Ken Burns.

It will be on Showtime again this week so I will watch it then.

Dear lord in hell, I love this show. SOO much of the story and plot are totally translucent and easily deduced, but man-0-man is it entertaining. Twenty seven thumbs up.

When I saw Hatchet there was a preview for Dexter. Season 2 premiere is Sunday September 30th at 9pm ET.

I have never seen it but want to. I dont know when season 1 came out on DVD but it is currently in stores. They got it for like 25 bucks on amazon so maybe i will try it.

Showtime definately has the better shows. Dexter is my favorite show right now.
It has been a long wait. So close yet so far away!
HBO is a waste of time with its constant cancelations, leaving you in the black hole of unfinished stories.

I loved the first season of Dexter on the Showtime channels. It was great and quite funny with some decent gore in it for a cable tv series.

I can't wait for season 2.
