Oh man, I really hope they don't fuck this up. The Host was one of the best monster movies I've seen in a long time, and for them to ruin it's good name with another addition would be a damn shame.

Yea.. Honestly though I felt the first film was a little over hyped. It was a decent flick but it didn't really blow me away.. I enjoyed Cloverfield much more..

I thought the Host was better.  Not that I didn't enjoy Cloverfield.  I hope the sequel to the Host is at least as good as the first.

Ewww....I hated the Host and thought it was a weak attempt at monster films.

Now Cloverfield on the other hand I really did enjoy.
