Great photo - he looks a lot like the mutant featured on the cover of the original movie. 

A side note:  I just watched One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest the other night and was suprised to see the mutant from the original Hills Have Eyes as a mongoloid mental patient.  Not horror but a great film with a lot of character actors getting their first jobs in film (Danny Devito, Christopher Lloyd...).
